The Jewish Genealogical Society of Connecticut (JGSCT), is an organization that brings together individuals with a shared passion for family history and Jewish heritage. Their monthly meetings provide a welcoming environment for members of the Jewish community to delve into genealogical research with fellow genealogy enthusiasts – from beginners to more advanced - and benefit from presentations by expert speakers. Meetings are held from September through June, typically on Sunday afternoons, and are conducted both in person and via Zoom. Sessions are open to non-members and are free of charge.
